On receipt of an instruction for Pagination, Medicase can begin the process of paginating the required records. Medicase has secured the services of a paginator with 5 years? experience providing pagination services to a variety of clients and having completed over 400 cases. They also have 19 years of experience in surgery, as a qualified Practitioner in anaesthetic, scrub and recovery nursing roles in both the NHS and private sector.

What can we offer?

1. Sourcing Original Records prior to Pagination

Medicase can source all records for the case, and issue back to the Solicitor for assessment prior to any possible instruction for Pagination. The ongoing status of the chase of these records will be available on the online case tracking system.

2. Sorting & Paginating Your Records:

On receipt of an instruction for Pagination, Medicase can begin the process of paginating the required records. Medicase has secured the services of a paginator with 19 years of experience in surgery, as a qualified Practitioner in anaesthetic, scrub and recovery nursing roles in both the NHS and private sector. With 5 years? experience providing pagination services to a variety of clients and having completed over 400 cases.

The records will be paginated in a tried and tested format, however this can be tailored to your specific requirements on request.

3. Preparation of the Schedule of Records:

We will provide a comprehensive schedule to guide you, your experts and counsel around the bundle regardless of complexity or size.

4. Preparing a Chronology:

We can provide a detailed chronology on request with page references of:

The relevant medical history of the claimant. The events surrounding the alleged negligence or accident. The factual details regarding the claimant?s current state of health.

The chronology prepared will:

Identify crucial missing records and further pertinent disclosure. Detect salient points to assist you in determining causation and liability and to calculate quantum. Can be tailored to the level of detail required.

5. Sending Your Records:

On completion, the paginated records are posted special delivery back to the instructing party.
