How do we instruct Medicase?

Do you offer nationwide coverage?

Yes, we have a large database of experienced vetted experts throughout the UK. We also offer nationwide coverage for all diagnostic/rehabilitation services.

Do you offer any evening/weekend appointments?

Yes. We have a number of experts on our panel that offer appointments outside of the standard weekly times. Your client will be contacted direct to ensure a mutually convenient appointment is booked.

Will my client need to take anything with them to their appointment?

We ask for the client to take a form of ID with them to the appointment, ideally a drivers? licence or passport but others are accepted. For the majority of GP claims your client will be required to fill out a pre-medical questionnaire and will need to take this with them to their appointment. Your client will be informed of this in the appointment letter.

What are your payment terms?

We can offer a variety of options regard payment, often negotiated in relation to the volume of instructions. To discuss further please call 02920 730811.
